Sr. Analyst, Regulatory Complaints

ABOUT THE ROLE Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Complaints to join our Compliance Team. As a key resource for regulators, this role is responsible for providing responses to potential concerns from State DOIs, partnering with internal business departments to resolve member and provider complaints, identifying issues and trends, and providing written resolution to regulators. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of relationships with regulators and serve as a resource to their teammates in the resolution of complaints. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Complaints, you will be responsible for: - Researching and resolving Regulatory Complaints - Supporting the identification of escalated issues by using Oscar processes - Partnering with leadership to share trends related to complaints received and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence - Advising teammates on potential solutions to current regulatory complaints - Developing successful relationships with state insurance regulators - Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 3+ years of experience in health insurance customer service, claims, appeals, or Regulatory team - 2+ years of experience working with regulators WHY REMOTE This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. While our approach to work may adapt over time, you will be fully remote, with the possibility of a hybrid presence at a hub office associated with your metro area.
