ABOUT THE ROLE Alcotech Group is a globally recognized provider of screening services, operating across multiple countries with a strong focus on compliance and quality. We are currently expanding our operations in Hamilton, Bermuda, and we need a dedicated Specimen Collector to support our pre‑employment background check program. In this role you will be the frontline professional who collects biological samples from prospective employees, ensuring that every procedure is performed accurately and in accordance with our stringent protocols. Your work will directly impact the integrity of our screening services and help maintain the high standards that our clients expect. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Travel to client residences or offices in Hamilton to collect required specimens, coordinating logistics and ensuring a professional experience for each candidate. - Arrange and secure meeting rooms when necessary, with all rental costs covered by Alcotech. - Perform specimen collection and preliminary testing following detailed company guidelines, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. - Document results accurately and transmit them securely to the central testing hub for final analysis. - Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to resolve any scheduling or procedural questions. - Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all equipment is calibrated and stored properly. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Residency in or the ability to travel to Hamilton, Bermuda, on a flexible schedule. - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to interact with clients and colleagues. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex procedures without supervision. - Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with candidates in a short interaction. - A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new testing protocols during the comprehensive training program. - Physical stamina to handle the demands of travel and specimen collection throughout the day.
