Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Tremendous is a global platform that enables businesses to send thousands of payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. We're trusted by 20,000 organizations, including Atlassian, MIT, and United Way, to deliver gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide. Our customers praise us for our fast and easy-to-use platform, as evident from our high ratings on G2. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to the CEO and own a portfolio of high-leverage projects. In the first 3-6 months, you'll focus on three critical areas: employee onboarding, manager training, and communications. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing an end-to-end new hire onboarding experience, developing a training plan for new and existing managers, and creating recurring internal communications that keep the company informed. Beyond these initial projects, you'll take on whatever is most important and lacks a clear owner, including strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives, and special requests from the executive team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need 4-7 years of experience in a high-ownership position, such as consulting, banking, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or a similar role at a fast-growing company. You'll also need a builder mindset, an AI-first approach, strong design sensibility, high ownership, and exceptional written communication skills. WHY REMOTE We're a fully remote company, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Americas. Our team values a high-documentation, low-meeting culture, allowing you to focus on what matters in both your professional and personal life. BENEFITS As a member of our team, you'll enjoy competitive pay and equity, with a base salary of $170k to $200k. You'll also receive 100% covered health insurance (US), unlimited PTO, and 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.
