WHAT YOU'LL DO You will partner with product and enablement leaders to shepherd new chemistry features from concept to market, collaborating with customers to validate use cases and refine the product roadmap. You will act as the primary advisor on scientific and technical matters for key accounts, ensuring that solutions meet rigorous quality and delivery standards. You will design and maintain a library of solution assets, including best‑practice guides, case studies, and training modules that empower the broader customer experience team. You will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to align messaging and value propositions around new product launches. You will monitor adoption metrics, gather customer feedback, and iterate on solutions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You bring at least five years of experience in customer‑facing roles within the life‑sciences sector, with a strong track record of managing complex engagements and delivering measurable outcomes. Fluency in medicinal or pharmaceutical chemistry and experience with chemistry‑focused lab informatics tools are essential. You possess deep knowledge of Benchling’s platform or a comparable scientific software ecosystem, and you can translate technical features into user‑centric solutions. Your communication style is clear, empathetic, and data‑driven, enabling you to build trust with scientists and internal stakeholders alike. You thrive in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments, comfortable creating playbooks from scratch and driving adoption through training and enablement.
