ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a skilled Social Media Creator & Manager to drive the growth and engagement of our TikTok and Instagram channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that showcases our innovative beverages and resonates with our target audience. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Social Media Creator & Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms. This will include developing a content calendar, running social campaigns, and analyzing performance data to refine our approach. You'll also manage our online community, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with influencers and brand partners to build our brand presence. Additionally, you'll work closely with our marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need proven experience managing social media channels and creating engaging content. A strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and what drives engagement is essential. You should also have experience working with a consumer brand, preferably in the FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle sector. As a self-starter, you'll be comfortable working independently on a freelance or part-time basis.
