Social Media Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of social media and content initiatives across a variety of client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about social media, digital culture, and content creation and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO The ideal candidate will support day-to-day management of client social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Responsibilities include scheduling, posting, and tagging content to select social media profiles, assisting with content creation, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing, and coordinating content calendars to ensure deadlines are met. WHAT YOU'LL NEED The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social platforms, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is required. 1-2 years of social media experience, including internships, freelance work, agency, or in-house experience, is preferred. Basic design and content editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools are also required. WHY REMOTE This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in or near the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area and available for occasional in-person content shoots, meetings, and team collaboration as needed.
