Social Content Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a creative leader to drive the growth and success of KAST as a cult brand. As the head of social media creative direction, you'll be responsible for shaping the visual identity and storytelling of KAST across Instagram and TikTok, reaching millions of people worldwide. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a creative leader, you'll develop and execute innovative social content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the creative direction for KAST's Instagram and TikTok, including developing social content, campaigns, and recurring formats that grow the brand. - Leading creative concepts for short-form video, creator content, product launches, and brand storytelling. - Building and managing a network of creators, videographers, editors, and creative partners. - Directing creative production and maintaining a high bar for quality across all content. - Partnering cross-functionally to turn product launches, trends, and community moments into compelling social content. - Using performance insights to continuously improve creative output while maintaining a premium brand. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need: - 5+ years of experience in creative direction, social, brand, or content for consumer, lifestyle, fashion, media, or technology brands (fintech/crypto are a plus). - Proven success building or scaling Instagram and TikTok for a consumer-facing brand. - An outstanding portfolio of social-first creative work, especially short-form video. - A deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and platform-native storytelling. - Strong creative taste with the ability to balance brand consistency and experimentation. - Experience leading creative production and collaborating across design, marketing, and product teams. - Excellent communication skills and a high-ownership mindset in fast-paced environments.
