ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Verification Expert to join our team at StockX, a cutting-edge technology leader in the online market for sneakers, apparel, accessories, electronics, collectibles, trading cards, and more. As a Verification Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the authenticity and quality of products sold on our platform. You will work closely with our operations and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Verification Expert, you will be responsible for inspecting and processing footwear, streetwear, and collectibles to ensure they meet our strict standards of condition and verification. Your tasks will include: Inspecting and processing footwear, streetwear, and collectibles, adhering to strict standards of condition and verification Proactively working with site leadership and other team members to identify process improvements Supporting operations team in inbound and outbound functions as directed and per business needs Contributing to the cleanliness standards and processes of the site Contributing to and maintaining site safety standards WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude, a sense of urgency to perform tasks to timelines, and the ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively.
