ABOUT THE ROLE
The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is an accelerated career path designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders. This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all Aditya Birla Capital business lines. The program aims to hire Sales Trainees into multiple Sales and Distribution channels across Aditya Birla Capital.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for driving sales of financial products, achieving sales targets, deploying effective marketing strategies, and providing pre- and post-sales support to customers. You will also be responsible for relationship management with stakeholders and partners, aligning to their requirements, and managing a team to ensure their deliverables are met.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an MBA or PGDM with a specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI. Prior experience is not necessary, but you will need to be highly motivated, passionate, and able to work in a high-pressure environment. You should also be willing to work from any location and be comfortable with regular business travel within the assigned zone or region.

* Annual salary of INR 900,000
* Assured bonus of INR 1,00,000 post-completion of 1 year based on performance
