ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecom Billing Specialist to join our team at Twilio. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on telecom billing matters to internal stakeholders and external customers. Your primary focus will be on analyzing complex billing issues, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve billing-related issues, and to provide training and documentation to ensure that billing processes are understood and followed by all relevant teams. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in telecom billing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. You should have a deep understanding of billing systems, processes, and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with billing software and systems.
