ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Talent Advisor to join Twilio, a leading cloud communication platform company. As a Senior Technical Talent Advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of communications by delivering innovative solutions to hundreds of thousands of businesses and empowering millions of developers worldwide. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Technical Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for advising technical teams on talent acquisition and development strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address technical skills gaps, and developing and implementing effective talent management plans. You will also work closely with the engineering organization to design and implement programs that foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical background, preferably in software development or a related field. You should have a deep understanding of technical talent acquisition and development strategies, as well as experience working with engineering teams to identify and address technical skills gaps. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
