WHAT YOU'LL DO We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to help identify and source candidates for our engineering roles. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year. As a Technical Sourcer, you will work with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and map that accurately to potential candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing a high volume of candidates, utilizing creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches, and crafting messaging that engages candidates. You will also be data-informed and well-versed in the metrics underlying your work. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong writing skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of motivation. You will also need to be able to utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches. Experience with sourcing and recruiting is highly preferred, as is knowledge of the tech industry and its trends. WHY REMOTE Hightouch is a remote-first company, which means that this role is location-independent. We offer a salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 USD per year, which is adjusted according to location. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window. BENEFITS Hightouch participates in E-Verify, a program that verifies an employee's eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from their Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security.
