ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a seasoned Recruiter to join our foundational recruiting team at Hightouch, a leading Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in helping us build and implement processes, programs, and strategies to achieve strong results. Your expertise will be crucial in defining talent needs, sourcing and prescreening candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and fluid hiring process. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Define talent needs by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and current talent trends - Source and prescreen candidates, partnering with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process - Develop and implement effective closing strategies for offers, providing candidates with the right information to make informed decisions - Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including sourcing, referrals, and inbound - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and recruiters, fostering a collaborative and trustworthy partnership - Utilize creative strategies to build a consistent and humming pipeline, juggling multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with a proven track record of impact and results - Experience partnering with Engineering Leaders to hire senior backend engineers, fullstack engineers, frontend engineers, and engineering leadership - Strong ability to represent Hightouch with candidates in a competitive market, thinking creatively to attract top talent - Proven track record of identifying and engaging qualified candidates through various channels - Ability to juggle multiple roles and prioritize in a constantly changing environment - Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills to ensure successful outcomes WHY REMOTE As a remote-first company, we offer a location-independent salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 USD per year, along with meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and early exercise. Our remote work policy allows you to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and ambitious team.
