Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to drive the growth of our North American teams on a contract basis. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing organization by collaborating closely with our hiring teams to spot, attract, and hire top talent. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities will include: - Performing full-cycle recruiting across the organization, from intake meetings and sourcing to interviewing, debriefs, and offer negotiation - Collaborating with teams to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for our Tech and Product teams - Proactively spotting and engaging top talent through creative sourcing techniques, cultivating strong connections with candidates, and ensuring a positive hiring experience through clear communication and support - Staying current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies while fostering an inclusive hiring process that values diverse perspectives - Working closely with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, with expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product, Design, and/or Data-focused roles preferred - Passion for Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market - Utilization of analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes - High self-motivation with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively - Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool WHY REMOTE Unfortunately, this role is not a remote-only position.
