Senior TA Operations Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior TA Operations Specialist at GitLab, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of Talent Acquisition technology. This role requires a technical expert who can own and architect the complex infrastructure that powers GitLab's recruitment processes at scale. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the entire TA tech stack, including ATS, AI agents, and automation workflows, while ensuring the highest standards of security, compliance, and fairness. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior TA Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring and maintaining the TA tech stack, including ATS stages, fields, integrations, and user access management. - Designing, building, and deploying end-to-end AI agents and automation workflows for recruiter-facing and enterprise TA use cases. - Leading the TA systems roadmap, evaluating new technologies, and managing vendor relationships. - Ensuring AI governance, compliance, and fairness across the TA function, including bias auditing and data privacy reviews. - Building and delivering AI-specific enablement curriculum and adoption programs for recruiters and TA stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - Demonstrated experience owning and configuring enterprise ATS platforms and HR/TA tech stacks. - Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or automation workflows in an enterprise environment. - Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM behavior, and model performance monitoring. - Experience managing integrations across platforms and diagnosing and resolving integration failures. - Familiarity with AI governance, bias auditing, and compliance frameworks. - A genuine curiosity about emerging recruiting technology and a willingness to bring ideas to the table.
