Senior Strategy and Pricing Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Strategy and Pricing Analyst to join our team at Workato. As a leader in Enterprise MCP, we are redefining iPaaS and helping enterprises unify data, applications, processes, and AI into a single, governed platform. This is a cross-functional role working closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Product, and Business Technology. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will own the pricing desk end-to-end, managing deal approvals, evaluating and escalating pricing exceptions, and supporting the sales team through complex deal structures. You will serve as a subject matter expert on pricing mechanics, flagging risks and inconsistencies as they arise. You will also operationalize pricing updates by coordinating cross-functionally with Product, Deal Desk, Legal, and Business Technology to ensure changes are reflected accurately in systems and processes. Additionally, you will develop and roll out pricing communications and training to Sales teams. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in a pricing, deal desk, or revenue operations role, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. You will be a strong cross-functional communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders from Sales to Finance to Legal. Familiarity with CPQ tools and/or pricing governance frameworks is a plus.
