Senior SRE/DevOps Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Metabase is a leading analytics platform that empowers organizations to gain valuable insights from their data. As an Operations Engineer at Metabase, you will play a critical role in building and running our cloud-hosted product, Metabase Cloud. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and operations of Metabase Cloud. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud-hosted product. You will work closely with our development team to identify and address operational challenges, and collaborate with other engineers to design and implement new features and services. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in systems engineering, cloud computing, and DevOps practices. You should have experience with containerization, orchestration, and automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible. You will also need excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
