Senior Solutions Consultant (Singapore)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Solutions Consulting team, you will bridge technical expertise with business context to help customers realize the value of our platform. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to craft and deliver consultative strategies that showcase Figma's value, particularly for Greater China Region customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Solutions Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include: Painting the vision of the Figma Platform and guiding customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations Supporting the Sales team by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery to customers Owning the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements, in order to help customers adopt the platform securely and at scale Collaborating with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and helping influence the product roadmap, representing GCR/APAC-specific needs Designing and scaling technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations and connections between our customers, sales and product teams Creating thoughtful content to delight customers and internal partners surrounding the Figma platform Collaborating with teammates across Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Product to sharpen your craft, share knowledge, and execute with autonomy WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization Native Chinese (Mandarin) fluency, written and spoken, with the ability to run technical customer engagements for Greater China accounts, plus professional working English A strong technology background, with experience in front-end development or the developer lifecycle Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively position solutions in presales, including defining success criteria and leading evaluations Strong communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to a variety of audiences, understanding and addressing the variety of personas and workflows across Product, Design, and Engineering WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world and be part of a global team that is passionate about making design accessible to all.
