Senior Solutions Consultant - Fluent in Portuguese/English

ABOUT THE ROLE Dropbox is redefining how teams collaborate and protect information in a digital world. As a Senior Solutions Consultant focused on Security and Data Protection, you will become a trusted advisor to our North American and Latin American customers, guiding them through the complexities of safeguarding sensitive content while leveraging Dropbox’s secure collaboration platform. Your fluency in Portuguese and English will enable you to build lasting relationships with stakeholders across the region, ensuring that security best practices are seamlessly integrated into their business strategies. In this role you will partner with Account Executives, architects, and executives to translate security requirements into tangible, customer‑centric solutions that demonstrate real value. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, serving as the technical and security subject‑matter expert. - Lead technical discovery sessions to map customers’ security architecture, data landscape, access models, and compliance mandates. - Identify and articulate risks related to sensitive content, excessive access, external sharing, and data loss, and recommend mitigation strategies. - Translate security requirements into solution architectures, controls, workflows, and validation plans that align with Dropbox’s capabilities. - Deliver customer‑specific demonstrations that focus on use cases rather than feature lists, showcasing Dropbox’s security and data‑protection strengths. - Design and execute proofs of concept and technical evaluations with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes. - Advise customers on integrating Dropbox within their broader security ecosystem, including IAM, DLP, CASB, SIEM/SOAR, and Zero Trust frameworks. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on emerging security challenges and product enhancements. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Minimum 5 years of presales or technical consulting experience in enterprise security and data protection. - Deep knowledge of modern security domains such as Data Access Governance, Data Security Posture Management, Data Loss Prevention, CASB, IAM, and Zero Trust. - Proven ability to engage security practitioners, IT leaders, architects, and executives in high‑level technical discussions. - Strong analytical skills with a track record of designing solution architectures that meet complex business and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, capable of delivering compelling presentations and written proposals. - Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment with a focus on asynchronous collaboration and measurable outcomes.
