WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This role will involve designing solutions to support short and long-term goals and requirements of the account management, marketing, product, and sales teams. You will be responsible for the proper configuration and utilization of the organization's CRM platform, creating and maintaining excellent documentation of processes and solutions, and participating in team discussions centered on transforming business requirements into system improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or a related field (5+ years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree)
- Hands-on application configuration experience with Salesforce, including:
- Agentforce and Einstein Generative AI
- Flow/Workflows/Process Builder/Approval Processes
- Objects/Fields/Validation Rules
- Data Loader
- Lightning Components
- Apex Triggers and Classes
- Security
- Lightning Optimization
- Integration (REST API)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- High level of professionalism, friendliness, patience, and positivity

This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters or remotely in the US, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
BENEFITS
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $121,334 - $167,680 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
