ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in developing a deep understanding of Grafana Labs' hiring needs, challenges, organizational structure, and individual team dynamics. This position requires exceptional administrative strength, including the ability to navigate multiple documents and systems while adhering to structured, process-driven workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and engaging passive and active talent globally, guiding candidates through the end-to-end hiring process, generating offers, and transitioning new hires to the People Ops Specialist for onboarding. You will act as a key internal stakeholder, collaborating across teams to manage headcount reconciliation, oversee compensation alignment and equity, and coordinate and participate in internal interviews. You will also be responsible for ensuring recruitment projects are delivered on time and that all milestones and deliverables are met. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will require 5+ years of recruiting experience working with senior leaders in SaaS/Tech space, with 3+ years specializing in Sales Recruiting. You will be comfortable working in a remote-first company where communication is key, and you will thrive in a high-paced environment. You will be familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. BENEFITS The base compensation range for this role is GBP 100,000 - 120,000 in the United Kingdom, EUR 95,000 - 115,000 in Ireland, and EUR 73,000 - 95,000 in Spain. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
