Senior Sales Operations Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst with Klaviyo, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the Asia-Pacific region. Reporting to the Operations Director (APAC), you will be responsible for owning the analytics, processes, and reporting that empower our customer-facing teams to exceed pipeline and ARR targets. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across pipeline management and sales forecasting, partnering with GTM leadership to optimize funnel performance and drive sales productivity improvements, establishing monitoring for top accounts, and coordinating regional lead routing rules, lead scoring enhancements, and campaign attribution. You will also own territory management for PAM, BDR, SA, and coordinate with CS Ops on CSM territory alignment, build dashboards and reports, and conduct analyses in support of regional and global business reviews, and contribute to the localization of GTM technology and data enrichment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or RevOps, preferably in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment. You will also need advanced analytics and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce or similar CRMs, SQL, and experience in DBT, Heap, or Google Analytics. Additionally, you will need business acumen and a strategic mindset, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and project management and execution skills.
