Senior Sales Operations Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Iterable, you will play a key role in driving strategic insights and detailed analytics into the sales process to scale our business through data-driven decisions. You will be part of our Operations team, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to report business KPIs, identify key insights, and suggest areas of improvement. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: - Working cross-functionally with various teams to report business KPIs, identify key insights, and suggest areas of improvement - Identifying new processes and tools to increase automation, improve efficiency, and reduce manual overhead - Partnering with Sales management to increase the understanding of our business, improve decision-making, and increase sales productivity - Creating and maintaining KPI dashboards for business partners - Performing ad-hoc analysis and coming up with your own projects to support ongoing strategic and tactical business initiatives - Administering Salesforce, including creating and maintaining reports/dashboards, page layouts, territory module, record transfers/uploads, and new user creation - Becoming an authority in our Sales tool stack and ensuring the team is using best practices WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrable experience with Excel, Salesforce, and/or other Sales tools - Solid attention to detail and time management skills - Analytical thinking skills to derive insights from data and improve process and training - A self-starter attitude with the ability to naturally see problems and come up with solutions WHY REMOTE As a remote employee at Iterable, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a diverse and inclusive global team.
