ABOUT THE ROLE Adyen is a leading financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products to global customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future by leading a team of recruiters and driving the LATAM Talent Acquisition Strategy, while contributing to the global strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for: - Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters to multiply knowledge and experience within the Global Recruitment Leadership Team. - Partnering with top leaders across the Tech and Commercial functions to create and drive a Talent Acquisition strategy that ensures high-quality candidate assessments and process efficiency. - Leading global and local recruiting projects on data usage, process improvements, diversity, equity, and inclusion, rewards, employer branding, and candidate experience to constantly improve the recruitment function. - Using people data and insights to identify trends, spot challenges, and recommend data-driven improvements. - Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting initiatives and cultivating inclusive team environments. - Ensuring hiring quality aligned with Adyen's values and company culture. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, global, matrix organization, partnering with all levels of leadership. - 5+ years of leading teams, supporting their growth, and handling escalations. - Extensive full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on passive candidate attraction in the competitive market. - Proven experience in leading global recruiting projects, change management, and global collaboration. - Proven experience in creating and driving recruiting strategies. - Strong relationships-building skills and the ability to thrive in an evolving, unstructured environment. - A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo to drive efficiency and cultural alignment.
