ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success at Coinbase. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting across your portfolio, partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs, and contributing to process improvements that help the recruiting team scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio. This will include building candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, partnering with hiring managers across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies, driving data integrity and using pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, and contributing to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&A and/or technical functions. You will also need the ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets, with the flexibility to shift between business and technical requisitions as priorities evolve. Additionally, you will need deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing, as well as a data-driven approach to pipeline management. BENEFITS Coinbase offers a competitive total compensation package, including an annual base salary range of $130,900 - $154,000 USD, as well as eligibility for equity and bonus.
