Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology & AI

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Program Manager within GitLab's Enterprise Technology organization, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs that advance our enterprise IT strategy. This is a highly visible role that requires both technical fluency and business acumen, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and drive decisions across teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will own end-to-end program management for large-scale or high-complexity Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives, including scope definition, roadmap development, resource planning, and delivery tracking. Your responsibilities will also include defining and communicating clear success metrics for each program, reporting status and risk to Enterprise Technology & AI leadership, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of underlying problems, desired outcomes, and solution trade-offs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 6+ years of program management experience, with a strong track record delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs. You will also need demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems, as well as experience influencing without authority, earning trust with senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across functions.
