Senior Product & Solutions Enablement Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE ZoomInfo is a dynamic and innovative company that empowers its employees to accelerate their careers. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product & Solutions Enablement Manager to join our Global Revenue Enablement team. This role is designed to be a senior-level individual contributor, responsible for owning complex, cross-functional enablement initiatives across ZoomInfo's Go-to-Market Intelligence Platform (GTMIP). WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Product & Solutions Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for owning Tier 1 product launches, transitions, deprecations, feature updates, and monthly customer releases. This includes defining what success looks like for each initiative, designing content strategies that genuinely change how the field works, and partnering with Product SMEs and the Role Enablement team to design and deliver live segment-specific training. You will also serve as a proactive partner to Role Enablement, giving advance visibility into what's coming from the product pipeline, and navigating competing priorities and stakeholder interests across Product, Product Marketing, GTM PMO, and GTM Leadership. In addition to Tier 1 product launch enablement, you will build trusted advisor relationships with Solutions Consultant and Overlay leadership, advising on what the right enablement strategy looks like for these pre-sales and specialist audiences. You will develop and grow targeted enablement programs tailored to the unique workflows, deal motions, and technical depth requirements of SC and Overlay audiences. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Product Enablement, Technical sales role, Quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated technical aptitude, or demonstrated experience owning product and/or solutions enablement strategy end-to-end for GTM audiences. You will also need strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience, with a track record of influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
