Senior Product Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join Monzo's team, where we're on a mission to make money work for everyone. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll own Product Marketing for one of our most important products across Core Banking, Borrowing, or Wealth. You'll define a product marketing strategy that connects customer needs, market opportunity, and product direction into a clear plan, own product marketing across the full product lifecycle, and become the expert on your market. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for owning product marketing for a product end-to-end, understanding customers, shaping product strategy, defining positioning, and helping bring launches to market. You'll work closely with integrated marketing, product, design, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure that positioning is reflected consistently across the product experience and everything customers see. You'll also influence product strategy, shape successful launches, and design launch strategies that fit the customer problem. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of product marketing, customer needs, and market opportunity. You'll need to be able to define a product marketing strategy that connects customer needs, market opportunity, and product direction into a clear plan.
