Senior Product Marketing Manager, Command by Asana

ABOUT THE ROLE Asana Marketing is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for Command by Asana, a new product that rapidly scales products from initial traction to mass adoption. This strategic, high-growth role operates at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution, working with Product to launch new features, arming Sales with tools to win deals, and collaborating with partners to generate market momentum. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will define and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with the Integrated Campaigns team to drive measurable business results. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining messaging and positioning, driving high-impact product launches, equipping Sales and Success teams to win, acting as the connective tissue between Product, Partnerships, and Sales, and analyzing performance data and customer feedback to refine positioning and identify new growth opportunities. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need 8+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B tech space, with a strong understanding of how software is built and the ability to engage with developers and engineering leaders. You will also need a strategic growth mindset, a proven track record of scaling products from "1 to 10" and "10 to 100," with a deep understanding of both PLG and SLG motions. Additionally, you will need product intuition, the ability to explore new tools, identify what's possible, and distill complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives. Strong collaboration and leadership skills are also essential, as well as a willingness to learn and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies.
