ABOUT THE ROLE We're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses interact with money. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Business Banking at Monzo, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our business banking services. With a strong focus on customer needs and market insights, you'll help us expand our presence in new European markets while continuing to drive growth in the UK. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for owning Product Marketing for entire products and experiences, from upstream product-market fit to launch strategy and sales enablement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Data Scientists, Designers, User Researchers, and Sales, to bring the voice of the customer and market into what we build, how we position it, and how we take it to market. Key responsibilities include: - Setting Product Marketing Strategy for a set of products, connecting customer insight, market opportunity, and commercial priorities into a clear direction for the product area - Developing differentiated positioning and messaging that differentiates Monzo in the market and resonates with different customer segments - Driving competitive intelligence and market insights, building a coherent view of the market from customer research, commercial data, competitor intelligence, and Sales insight - Shaping product strategy across markets, partnering closely with Product, Research, Design, and Data to identify customer problems, market opportunities, and competitive gaps that influence roadmap priorities WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A strong understanding of customer needs and market insights, with experience in Product Marketing and a proven track record of driving business growth - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and customer insights into actionable recommendations - Experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies, with a focus on customer-centricity and market relevance WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
