Typeform
Senior Product Manager - Integrations
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of Integrations at Typeform, a refreshingly different form builder that helps over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need through forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Integrations is the surface that connects every Typeform experience to the tools customers use to run their business, driving 500 million responses every year and integrating with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and HubSpot.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and evolve Integrations end to end, partnering with Automations and Typeform AI to make the integrations layer the substrate for both customer-configured and agentic workflows. Your work will define how Typeform plugs into the rest of the SaaS world for tens of thousands of customers and how AI agents take action through it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Owning both data out and data in integrations end to end, and driving the strategy in line with the Workflow Automations group vision and priorities
- Building and maintaining traditional API integrations, as well as agentic MCP-based integrations
- Evolving the platform so customers, partners, and agents can build on it with confidence
- Deepening priority integrations, the ones that move the most business, and defining how new ones are onboarded
- Partnering with Automations to make integrations the substrate AI agents act through, without fragmenting the surface
- Setting the architectural direction for the integrations platform remit, partnering closely with engineering on the trade-offs that come with it
- Defining and owning the next phase of Integrations, with a clear thesis and quarterly sequencing
- Influencing group-level decisions through compelling storytelling and strategic framing
- Monitoring competitors, market trends, and shifts in customer expectations, including the fast-moving AI landscape, to identify opportunities and guide strategy
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, sales, and Partnerships to align on priorities and technical direction
- Leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision-making
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strategic thinker with strong product instincts and high ownership
- Platform PM experience with real depth; you have built or shipped integration platforms, connector frameworks, or developer-facing surfaces, and understand what it takes to scale them
- Deep familiarity with developer-facing surfaces, including APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth and auth flows, and event systems
- Familiarity with agents, LLMs, context management, and RAG
- An understanding of how integrations underpin workflow automation and agentic action, alongside a strong point of view on the platform shift happening across both
- An AI native mindset; you actively build with LLMs, agents, and tool use frameworks, and treat AI fluency as a core multiplier rather than a buzzword
- Technical depth and comfort engaging with engineers on the underlying mechanics of an integrations product, including auth flows, connector architecture, rate limiting, retries, and event flows, not just the abstraction layer
- Comfort with
