Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | US | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability at Grafana Labs, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision and strategy for our most popular Grafana Cloud products. You will be responsible for defining the long-term success of Infrastructure Observability, working closely with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy and drive net-new product initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for: Transforming ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap Empathizing with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points Curating and representing user feedback to engineering teams, providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities Working closely with product marketing managers to enable go-to-market strategies, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers Using your deep product expertise to make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience At least 7 years of experience in product management At least 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams Experience working with engineering and design teams to build delightful products WHY REMOTE Grafana Labs is a 100% remote company with a global collaborative culture.
