Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | UK | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y) product suite at Grafana Labs. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for defining the vision and ensuring the long-term success of Infra O11y, working closely with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy. You'll chart the path forward for net-new product initiatives while maintaining a strong roadmap and customer satisfaction for our most mature products. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Senior Product Manager for Infra O11y, you'll be responsible for driving the product vision and roadmap, empathizing with customer problems to collect user needs and pain points, and curating and representing user feedback to engineering teams. You'll also work closely with product marketing managers to enable go-to-market strategies, create and update presentations, documentation, and other marketing materials. Your deep product expertise will inform decisions about pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong background in product management, with at least 7 years of experience in the field and 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product development. You should have experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services, and be able to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts. You'll also need experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams and working with engineering and design teams to build delightful products and features.
