Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | Spain | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y) product suite at Grafana Labs. As a key member of our product organization, you'll be responsible for defining the vision and ensuring the long-term success of our most popular Grafana Cloud products, including Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability. With a strong background in product management and a passion for developer-facing tools, you'll drive the development of our Infra O11y products, working closely with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy and chart the path forward for net-new product initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Senior Product Manager for Infra O11y, you'll be responsible for: - Transforming ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap - Empathizing with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points - Curating and representing user feedback to engineering, providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities - Working closely with product marketing to enable go-to-market strategies, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers - Using your deep product expertise to make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need: - A BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience - 7+ years of experience in product management - 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product - Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services - Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts - Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams - Experience working with engineering and design teams to build delightful products and features WHY REMOTE As a 100% remote company, we value flexibility and autonomy.
