Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | Ireland | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE ---------------- We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y) product suite at Grafana Labs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining the vision and ensuring the long-term success of our most popular Grafana Cloud products, including Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability. With a focus on customer satisfaction, product strategy, and innovation, you'll drive the development of net-new product initiatives while maintaining a strong roadmap for our mature products. WHAT YOU'LL DO -------------- As the Senior Product Manager for Infra O11y, you'll be responsible for: - Transforming ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap - Empathizing with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points - Curating and representing user feedback to Engineering, providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities - Collaborating with the Product Management team to enable GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers - Using your deep product expertise to make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering WHAT YOU'LL NEED ---------------- To be successful in this role, you'll need: - A BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience - 7+ years of experience in Product Management - 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product - Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services - Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts - Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams - Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build delightful products and features WHY REMOTE ------------ As a remote company, we're looking for candidates who are comfortable working in a globally distributed environment.
