Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | Germany | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability role at Grafana Labs is a fully remote position based in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the vision and ensuring the long-term success of our Infrastructure Observability products, including Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability, you will be responsible for developing a product vision and roadmap, empathizing with customer problems to collect user needs and requirements, and curating user feedback to represent to Engineering teams. You will also work closely with Product Marketing Managers to enable go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering. Additionally, you will be responsible for transforming ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap, making decisions about go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. You will also require 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product. Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services is also essential. You should be able to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts, and have experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build delightful products and features.
