Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | Canada | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability at Grafana Labs, you will be responsible for driving the vision and long-term success of our most popular Grafana Cloud products, including Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability. These products enable customers to easily monitor their core services, from small self-serve customers to large enterprise customers. You will work closely with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy, chart the path forward for new product initiatives, and maintain a strong roadmap and customer satisfaction for mature products. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for Infrastructure Observability, empathizing with customer problems to collect user needs and pain points, and curating user feedback to represent to engineering teams. You will also work closely with Product Marketing Managers to enable go-to-market strategies, create presentations, documentation, and other marketing materials, and make decisions about pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering. Your role will require heavy customer discovery, building consensus and alignment across engineering groups and stakeholders, and establishing integration touchpoints with other key offerings to create a seamless monitoring experience for customers. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in product management, with 7+ years of experience in the field and 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management. You should have experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services, and be able to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts. You should also have experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
