Senior Product Manager, Help Center (CX Automation)

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join Coinbase's CX Automation team within Enterprise Applications & Architecture. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Senior Product Manager for the Help Center, you'll own Coinbase's primary self-service channel, where most customers first seek support. Your primary focus will be on driving Automation Rate and customer satisfaction by building AI-powered search, navigation, and other features that enhance the customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation, prioritize initiatives, and develop strategies to maximize their impact. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of driving automation and customer satisfaction initiatives. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders. A deep understanding of AI-powered search and navigation is a plus, as is experience working with large datasets and complex technical systems.
