Senior Product Manager, Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE Fivetran is a leading provider of data integration solutions, empowering organizations to unlock the full value of their data. As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable, product-led growth across the Fivetran platform. This is a data-driven, cross-functional role that requires analytical and technical fluency to guide data-informed decisions. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will lead high-impact, strategic initiatives that scale across multiple products and surface areas. Your key responsibilities will include: * Owning and evolving the growth product roadmap across the Fivetran platform * Being an expert in experimentation from hypothesis development and test design to interpreting results and scaling what works * Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve user onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization * Partnering with teams on core initiatives that unblock growth across the platform * Gathering and using data to uncover friction points and propose high-impact experiments or product changes * Using AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, experimentation velocity, and decision-making * Deep-diving in Fivetran products regularly to build user empathy and find opportunities to optimize * Understanding B2B SaaS marketing and sales motions to drive cross-functional success * Partnering closely with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, customer-facing teams, and other PMs to launch enhancements and experiments * Collaborating with engineering and data teams to evaluate and implement AI-driven product experiences where appropriate * Staying current on AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to product-led growth and SaaS monetization * Presenting your work and aligning priorities with stakeholders across the company, including senior leadership and executives * Communicating outcomes clearly, sharing both wins and learnings to guide future strategy WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: * 4+ years of growth product management or equivalent data-driven growth role, ideally on a technical product in B2B SaaS * Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions * Experience with experimentation, AI-powered tools, and workflows * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams * A deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and sales motions * A passion for using data to drive growth and improve user experience WHY REMOTE Fivetran offers a hybrid work model that combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration.
