Senior Product Manager, Fraud & Trust

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our fraud detection, identity verification, and appeasements platforms at Instacart. As a key member of our Platform team, you'll own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for how Instacart prevents fraud, verifies identity, and resolves order disputes fairly. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our fraud, identity, and appeasements platforms. This will involve driving the evolution of our real-time fraud detection and identity platform, championing an AI-native, AI-first approach to fraud and trust, and leading the appeasements and order-issue resolution strategy. You'll also partner closely with Data Science, ML Engineering, and Fraud Operations to define PRDs, scope ML model improvements, and translate complex fraud signals into scalable product solutions. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in product management, with a focus on fraud and trust. You'll have experience leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable impact on cost per order, fraud losses, and customer experience. You'll also have a strong understanding of AI/ML innovations and be able to apply them to drive business growth.
