Senior Product Manager, AI

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager, AI at Brex, you will be at the forefront of empowering employees to make better financial decisions. With a deep understanding of the business, you will identify and scope out the most impactful opportunities for Brex to tackle. You will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, setting strategy, and driving products from inception to launch. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the owner of the Brex Assistant, a product that can touch every Brex cardholder, you will set the product direction and strategy, decide which capabilities to build and how they should behave, and talk to users constantly to figure out what will actually help them. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and research, and you will set the quality bar for an agent that real people trust with real money. You will be responsible for defining agent capabilities that take real actions for users, translating messy real-world expense and spend workflows into reliable agent behaviors, and inventing the "how" to make the agent dependable. You will get hands-on, prototype, measure, read transcripts, and iterate quickly toward what actually works rather than what looks good in a demo. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the business and a passion for building products that empower employees to make better financial decisions. You will also need to be able to partner closely with engineering, design, and research, and set the quality bar for an agent that real people trust with real money. WHY REMOTE As a Senior Product Manager, AI at Brex, you will have the flexibility to work from home up to 4 weeks per year, in increments of at least one week. This role will be based in either our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City office, but you will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
