Datadog
Senior Product Manager - Agent Integrations
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager - Agent Integrations at Datadog, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision, prioritization, and execution of 100+ integrations that run directly inside the Datadog Agent. This high-impact, breadth-first position lies at the intersection of infrastructure observability and the frontier of AI-native workloads. You will be responsible for driving the expanding AI integration surface, expanding on-prem and hybrid coverage, and building observability for ERP systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will own the Agent Integrations roadmap, determining which new integrations to build and which existing ones to improve. This will involve analyzing customer demand, business impact, and engineering capacity across a catalog of 100+ technologies. You will also drive the expanding AI integration surface, leading product strategy for self-hosted AI workloads, including LLM inference frameworks, AI agents, MCP servers, and model orchestration tools. Additionally, you will expand on-prem and hybrid coverage by prioritizing and executing new integrations for on-prem technologies, including storage systems, HPC schedulers, network devices, and legacy enterprise platforms. You will also build observability for ERP systems, defining and driving Datadog's strategy for monitoring enterprise ERP platforms.
You will analyze adoption and customer feedback at scale, using data from multiple sources to understand usage patterns, identify high-value improvements, and maintain a structured, prioritized backlog across dozens of integrations simultaneously. You will also work cross-functionally to ship and grow, partnering with Engineering, PMM, Sales, and Technology Partner Managers on launches, GTM content, customer design partnerships, and co-marketing. Furthermore, you will remove blockers and accelerate delivery, engaging directly with customers and partners to gather requirements, resolve legal or partnership dependencies, and keep integrations moving from scoping to GA. Finally, you will contribute to the broader Integrations vision, aligning with adjacent PM teams to ensure the Agent Integrations catalog supports Datadog's downstream products.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You will need to have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a technical foundation, preferably with a Software, Solutions, or Systems Engineering background. You should be deeply familiar with cloud and OSS ecosystems, having hands-on PM or Engineering experience with services from major cloud providers or popular open-source technologies. You will also need to be structured and analytical, following a rigorous process for prioritizing across a large backlog and analyzing adoption data, customer feedback, and market signals. Additionally, you should be intellectually curious, actively seeking out new technologies and able to explain why an emerging space matters. A strong communicator, you will be able to hold technical conversations with engineers, strategic discussions with VPs, and discovery interviews with customers. Finally, you will need to be organized at scale, able to manage many integrations in parallel without losing visibility into any of them.
