Senior Presales Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presales Engineer to join Twilio's sales team. As a key member of our presales organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of communications by delivering innovative solutions to hundreds of thousands of businesses and empowering millions of developers worldwide to craft applications that transform the way people live, work, and connect. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with sales teams to provide technical guidance and support to customers and prospects. This includes conducting product demonstrations, creating customized proof-of-concepts, and developing sales materials to help customers understand the value of Twilio's solutions. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and to leverage this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical background, with a deep understanding of cloud computing, software development, and telecommunications. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a master's degree or higher is preferred. Additionally, you will need at least 8 years of experience in a presales or sales engineering role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
