Senior Partner Enablement Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Datadog is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to drive onboarding, activation, and enablement across our APAC partner ecosystem. This role will involve working closely with Partner Sales Managers, partner organizations, and the Global Partner Enablement team to help partners build the skills and knowledge needed to successfully position, sell, and support Datadog. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Partner Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for executing partner enablement programs across APAC, delivering onboarding experiences that accelerate partner productivity, and rolling out training, certifications, workshops, webinars, and enablement initiatives. You will partner with Partner Sales Managers to identify and activate high-potential partners, adapt global enablement content and programs for regional needs, and gather partner feedback and recommend program improvements. Additionally, you will track readiness, participation, and activation metrics, serve as a trusted enablement resource for partners across APAC, and travel across the region to deliver training, workshops, and partner events. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, training, or related SaaS/technology roles. You will also need experience working with channel, alliance, reseller, MSP, cloud, or technology partners, as well as experience with partner onboarding, activation, or success programs. Familiarity with LMS, certification, or enablement platforms is also required. Experience working across APAC markets and cultures, a background in SaaS, cloud, observability, or infrastructure technologies, and knowledge of partner recruitment, segmentation, or consumption-based business models are also preferred.
