ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Account Executive to drive significant growth by leading comprehensive sales cycles within a portfolio of assigned enterprise-level clients. As a key member of our Enterprise/Field Sales team, you will be pivotal in strategically acquiring new logos and consistently exceeding attainment targets. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for leading advanced sales activities, including strategic revenue generation, expert pipeline and forecasting, deep customer and IT architecture understanding, multi-engagement leadership, virtual team leadership, digital transformation authority, compelling value creation, advanced negotiation and closure, and trusted advisor and coach. You will consistently demonstrate advanced proficiency in all sales activities, ensuring highly accurate forecasting, proactive and strategic pipeline management, and consistently exceeding attainment targets. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a deep blend of advanced sales acumen and sophisticated technical understanding, enabling you to lead engagements at all levels, from the C-suite to technical leaders. You will be a subject matter expert, speaking fluently about Cloudflare's products, features, benefits, and use cases across diverse customer segments. You will also need to be able to deeply understand complex customer IT Architectures, match them with relevant Cloudflare Reference Architectures, and orchestrate successful, large-scale platform sales.
