Senior Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join Workato's marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our marketing programs across field and digital marketing, and driving high-impact marketing initiatives to generate pipeline, awareness, and deal acceleration. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Support the overall marketing strategy and execution for the ANZ market - Research and identify industry-leading third-party programs to drive new logos, thought leadership, and brand awareness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging and marketing deliverables are executed according to strategy - Architect and execute multi-channel integrated campaigns, develop personalized campaigns for strategic accounts, and partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand existing accounts - Develop compelling, audience-centric messaging and creative content that resonates across different buyer personas, industries, and funnel stages - Manage campaign budgets with a focus on ROI, monitor, report, and continuously improve performance metrics - Develop and manage specific landing pages, microsites, and tailored content assets in partnership with content and design - Play a crucial role in WoW Sydney 2026 - Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, SEO, GEO, and content syndication WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 8+ years of B2B software/technology partner or field marketing experience - Experience in handling large events with 1000+ attendees - Preferably experience in marketing to IT - Ability to travel occasionally when travel permits - Preferably experience managing a team - Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and other MarTech is preferred - Exceptional level of attention to detail - Ability to handle high-stress situations with a "make it happen" attitude - Team-oriented, high energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong cross-collaboration skills WHY REMOTE Workato is a flexible, trust-oriented company that empowers its employees to take full ownership of their roles.
