Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering Pre-Sales, Northern Europe

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a seasoned Solution Engineering Manager to lead our Solutions Engineering team in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer success, growing your team, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless execution. If you're a passionate technology leader with a player/coach mindset, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Solution Engineering Manager, you will be the team leader, enabler, and coach. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with prospects and customers to improve technical expertise and ensure workloads are equally distributed within the team - Providing constructive feedback and escalating issues quickly and efficiently - Partnering with peer sales leaders to drive revenue targets and collaborating with every team at Cloudflare to achieve customer success - Coaching and teaching team members to create scalable solutions for customer needs - Developing strong relationships with the Sales Director and facilitating cross-team coordination WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 15+ years of pre-sales/SE experience in a reputable IT company - 5+ years of experience as a frontline or second-level SE manager role - Strong understanding of the Northern European market and proven track record of business engagements with customers in that market - Proven track record of business growth and talent acquisition - Demonstrable experience in coaching, leadership skills, and team management - Expertise in internet technologies, including OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), and SSL/TLS - Technical curiosity and passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office.
