Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to join our Accounting organization. This individual will lead the preparation of the Company's external financial reporting, ensure compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP requirements, prepare and review technical accounting memos on complex judgment areas, and help maintain a strong internal control environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of SEC filings, quarterly financial statements, and earnings per share calculations. You will also ensure compliance with all GAAP and disclosure requirements, manage quarterly reporting, and lead the research, evaluation, and documentation of technical accounting conclusions under US GAAP. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to automate and improve financial reporting, technical accounting, and stock compensation accounting processes using AI and other automation tools. WHAT YOU'LL NEED The ideal candidate combines technical accounting expertise with excellent project management and communication skills. This role requires a strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to balance recurring deadlines and longer-term technical projects. We're looking for a proactive worker with integrity and accountability, who is also a team player. The ideal candidate will have: - A Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting and a CPA certification - 6-8 years of financial reporting and technical accounting experience in the Technology industry and/or public accounting firm - Experience accounting for stock-based compensation under ASC 718 in a publicly traded company - Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace - NetSuite, Etrade Equity Edge Online, Clearwater experience is a plus - Experience with automation or AI is a plus (Claude, Alteryx, Domo, Google Apps Script) WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
