Senior Infrastructure Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Webflow is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to improve the reliability and stability of our customer-facing, production infrastructure, serving millions of page views per hour. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will own and evolve the cloud platform that our product and engineering teams depend on, ensuring our platform is secure and scalable for our users. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for: - Owning and evolving the cloud platform, including compute layer, EKS fleet, serverless infrastructure, networking, and cloud operations across AWS and GCP. - Designing and maintaining our infrastructure-as-code foundation, evolving the patterns and shared components other teams build on. - Designing and maintaining the networking layer that connects Webflow's services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across our cloud environments. - Improving observability data to inform our operations, including dashboards, alerts, and SLOs for the infrastructure you own. - Building and maintaining AI-powered automation that improves how we manage cloud infrastructure. - Collaborating with cross-functional partners to define the culture of our growing team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 5+ years of experience owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment. - Deep hands-on experience with AWS and a strong opinion on what good cloud operations look like. - Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including upgrades, node group management, autoscaling, and cluster add-on lifecycle. - Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform. - Experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP. - Strong preference for changes made through code, not consoles.
