ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner Manager, GTM to join our team at Twilio. As a Senior HRBP Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Global Business Operations, driving growth, and delivering innovative solutions to hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior HRBP Manager, GTM, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include providing expert HR guidance and support to our GTM teams, developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, and collaborating with our leadership team to drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to inform HR decisions and develop business cases for HR initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred. You will also need to have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
